Double Standard
Now the Paletsine was encouraged to be a democratic country and to have a democractic and now Palestine people are just punished for their democratic choice and electing Hamas! Isn't that redicilous? How come ? encouraging the democratic election and on the other hand forcing sanactions and pressuring people and cutting from them any sorts of aids to change their election choice, or in other words .. to punish them for their democratic choice.
Ok so why they didn't go and announce , we wont accept to elect Hamad loud and clear and if you did , you will have sanactions instead of this meaningless act!

I think the problem the outside world has with Hamas is that it is seen as a terrorist group. I can't claim to know for certain whether or not this is true, but I have read in many papers that the Hamas party has endorsed acts of terrorism. Regarless of whether they were elected democratically or not, unless they totally renounce terrorist activity they will have trouble with the rest of the world.
Jane , proving that they are not terrorists or not, doesn't mean that they starve the palestine people that is very inhuman .
If hamas is a terrorist group .. well israel is too.. or what can we call the everyday killing and bombing they do every day , bearing in minds that they are the invadors. So why they didn't treat them at least equally?
Technically Israel is not an invader. They were given that land by it's rightful owners, the British. Then when the Arabs went to war against them, they gained more land. Not from "Palestine" but from Jordan, Egypt, Syria etc. If someone wants to have a beef with them about those territories it should be those countries but they don't want it back do they?
